All homeowners in our development are members of the Mingol Condominium Association.  The Association is governed by the Amended and Restated Declaration of Restrictions, Establishment of Board of Directors and Lien Rights dated April 27, 2017 and recorded with the offices of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona and the Bylaws of Mingol Condominium Association.  All prospective homeowners should be made aware of our Association. 

·        Monthly Association Fees for 2025 are $275. Fee includes exterior maintenance of Units, blank insurance policy of Units, water, sewer, garbage collection, common area maintenance, street maintenance. Does not include roof maintenance or personal property insurance. 

·        Seller may need a Lien Waiver for closing, please contact the Colby Management, Inc. 623-977-3860
