2019 Paving Project
"Capital Improvement Project" started on May 6, 2019 and was completed on June 21, 2019. The project included new alley irrigation, installation of new concrete aprons, new garbage can liners, removal and replacement of all asphalt and striping of parking area. The project manager was Clay Jordan, Pro Consults, the contractors were: YSC Paving, Desert Vista Concrete and Sun City Bell Metal Club.
