MONTHLY STATEMENT “EMAIL OPT IN FORM”

Due to revisions to existing law by Arizona Senate Bill 1531, as of January 1, 2020 all Associations meeting specific criteria (this includes Mingol) are required to send statements of accounts to homeowners. Colby Management currently charges Mingol for sending these statements.  For each Mailed statement Mingol is charged $2.25 and for each Emailed statement the charge is $1.00 

To keep costs as low as possible we encourage all homeowners to have this statement sent to them electronically. Please complete the attached form it will be appreciated.
